Your information
We process your email for sign-in, account access, and service emails; your files for requested document operations; and transaction references for billing and access. Card details are entered directly with Stripe.
Files and retention
New uploads expire after 10080 minutes. Your workspace shows the exact expiry. Expired files cannot be accessed; the cleanup worker removes stored inputs and outputs. Keep your own copy. File expiry does not erase separate account, invoice, or diagnostic records.
Analytics and diagnostics
Optional visitor analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement require your choice. Google Ads receives the paid trial amount, currency and a unique order reference, without document contents, email addresses or card details. Clarity, when configured and accepted, runs only on public pages. Restricted operational logs record error codes and references without document contents or card details. Diagnostic logs are retained for 30 days and funnel events for 90 days.
Service providers
The service uses hosting, document-processing software, Stripe for payments, and an email provider for account and billing messages. Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads measurement are optional. The final policy must identify the deployed providers, processing locations, account-record retention, and applicable privacy rights.
Privacy requests
Contact support about access, correction, or deletion of your information. Identity verification may be necessary. Some billing information may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
