Request help with a charge
Contact support with your account email, order or invoice reference, charge date, and a brief description of the issue. Never send full card details. For a file problem, include its error reference rather than a confidential document.
How to cancel renewal
Sign in to your account, open Manage subscription & payment method, then cancel in the billing portal. Cancel before your renewal date to prevent the next charge. Your paid access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds and consumer rights
Cancellation stops future renewal and is separate from a refund request. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. The final refund policy must specify the operator’s refund conditions and any applicable withdrawal rights before purchases open.
